1 Prologue

ROSS
Edith Piaf, one of the most famous singers of France and her lover, Marcel Cerdan, the world middleweight boxing champion who was living in Casablanca, and their love story, very sad. On October 1949, she was at her concert in New York and he was about to go to America for a boxing match. Supposedly, he planned to catch a boat. However, he received a call from his lover, saying, “honey, come on as soon as possible, I miss you.”, and he answered, “Whatever you say, a kiss to you” and he took an airplane. But, the airplane crashed in the Atlantic and he died. After that accident, she living her life in despair, longingness, and guilt, a melody crossed in her mind one day. With it she made a song.
